F2Pool co-founder and stakefish founder Wang Chun tweeted that Oleksii Trofimchuk filed a lawsuit against Lido Finance and stakefish on September 8 in the Santa Clara County Superior Court, accusing them of allowing competing MEV bots to submit high-priority fee transactions to claim the ETH after his wallet was hacked.
