In his new book, CZ recalls that around 2015, under the persuasion of friends, he gradually quit high-frequency social activities such as poker and golf, and completely withdrew from related social circles. Subsequently, he gradually formed a work style centered on "high efficiency," including shortening meeting durations, reducing ineffective communication, and focusing on quickly executing projects. This transformation during this phase became an important turning point in CZ's personal and career development, and it has long influenced his subsequent management and operational style.

CZ repeatedly states in his new book that "moderately above-average success is the most dangerous," because after achieving some small successes, one can easily become complacent. On the surface, it seems that he is doing better than many around him, but only he knows: he hasn't really given his all.
