According to the official announcement, Binance will gradually implement the Spot Price Range Execution Rules (PRER) starting from April 14, 2026, to prevent user orders from being executed at abnormal prices under extreme market conditions. This rule will limit orders to be executed only within a dynamic price range, aiming to maintain a fair and orderly market environment.
