Google Gemini adds an import option that allows users to upload conversation archive files from other AI providers

According to Bloomberg, Google has launched a new tool for its Gemini AI assistant that allows users to upload chat logs and context from other AI applications, aimed at attracting users of OpenAI's ChatGPT and Anthropic PBC's Claude.

Google stated that Gemini has added an import option, allowing both free and paid users to upload compressed files of conversations with other AI providers.
