According to Jinshi reports, PBS reporters stated that Trump expressed some views on the Iran issue, saying "we are doing very well," and reiterated his stance on destroying Iranian military facilities.
He also said, "They want to reach an agreement, but in my view, Iran is not ready to reach an agreement." He stated that the cost of this conflict is "negligible," as Iran has been involved in terrorism, and "once the war is over, oil prices will drop like a rolling stone."
Regarding the specific timeline for the drop in oil prices, Trump said, "Once the war is over… I believe it won't be long." He continued, "I left a lot of infrastructure in Tehran, I can destroy Tehran's power plants in an hour… but if I do that, it will be a process of rebuilding for many years and will cause trauma. So I try to avoid doing that." Trump also stated that he would "strike again."
However, he pointed out that he deliberately left a "100 yards" safety distance around "everything related to oil facilities." Regarding the damage to Hark Island, Trump stated, "Hark Island is currently not operational, except for those pipelines, I left them. I don't want to destroy those pipelines because it would take years to connect them."
