The court knows my stance is firm, how eager I am to win this victory for our country, but it decided to potentially hand over trillions of dollars to those countries and companies that have been taking advantage of the U.S. for decades. Our Supreme Court made these countries very happy, but as the court pointed out, I have the absolute right to impose tariffs in another form, and I have already begun to do so.
