According to market news, the SIMD-0266 proposal put forward last year has been approved. This proposal introduces the p-tokens token model to improve computational efficiency, theoretically increasing Solana's transaction efficiency by up to approximately 19 times. The Vice President of Technology at the Solana Foundation stated that this upgrade is expected to go live on the mainnet in April.
