Strive raises the SATA dividend yield to 12.75% and increases its holdings in Bitcoin and the preferred stock STRC of Strategy

Strive Company (NASDAQ: $ASST) has increased the dividend yield on its SATA preferred stock by 25 basis points to 12.75%, and announced a dividend of $1.0625 per share, which will be paid on April 15 to shareholders of record as of April 1.

The company also disclosed that it currently holds approximately 13,311 bitcoins. Additionally, Strive has allocated $50 million to acquire 500,000 shares of Series A variable rate perpetual preferred stock (STRC) from Strategy Inc.
