AI-native healthcare finance startup Translucent announced the completion of a $27,000,000 Series A funding round, led by GV, with participation from NEA, FPV Ventures, and Virtue.
Translucent was founded in 2024 by former Chief Information and Transformation Officer of Springfield Clinic, Jack O'Hara. The company is dedicated to providing hospitals with AI-driven "financial intelligence agents" that monitor multi-system data in real-time and generate decision-making recommendations to address common issues in the healthcare industry, such as delays in financial data and cumbersome processes.
