Bitwise donated $233,000 to Bitcoin open-source developers, marking its second round of annual donations

Bitwise announced on the X platform that, as part of its annual commitment to support Bitcoin open-source developers, Bitwise has donated $233,000 to Bitcoin open-source developers.

This year, Bitwise Bitcoin ETF (BITB) has seen significant growth, and this donation marks the second annual contribution of the 10% gross profit plan promised at the launch of BITB. The funds will be distributed by three nonprofit organizations: Brink, OpenSats, and the HRF Bitcoin Development Fund.
