According to The Crypto Basic, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) will decide by February 26 whether to approve, deny, or delay the T. Rowe Price Active Crypto ETF.
The fund application document explicitly lists XRP as one of 5 to 15 eligible crypto assets, which, if approved, would provide institutions managing $1.8 trillion in assets with a regulated structure to allocate XRP. T. Rowe Price first submitted the prospectus for this crypto fund last October, after which NYSE Arca filed a 19b-4 listing application, published in the Federal Register on November 28. The SEC set an extended review period last month, with the final decision deadline on February 26.
