Former Visa Strategic and Data Officer Noah Levine announced his joining a16z crypto as an investment partner. He will focus on investments in cryptocurrency, fintech, payments, and on-chain finance.

Levine previously worked at Visa for two years, overseeing stablecoin strategy and on-chain data initiatives, and has a background as a 2024 graduate from Stanford University.
