中國人民銀行發布關於防範虛擬貨幣風險的通知

ChainCatcher 消息，中國人民銀行等八部門發布了關於進一步防範和處置虛擬貨幣等相關風險的通知（銀發〔2026〕42號），明確虛擬貨幣不具有法定貨幣地位，相關業務活動屬非法金融活動。
通知禁止境內開展虛擬貨幣交易及現實世界資產 (RWA) 代幣化活動，未經相關部門批准，境內主體不得在境外發行虛擬貨幣或開展代幣化業務。
金融機構不得為相關活動提供服務，互聯網企業不得提供網絡場所和宣傳推廣。通知要求加強風險監測和行業監管，嚴厲打擊相關違法犯罪活動。本通知自發布之日起施行，同時廢止 2021 年相關規定。
