Tom Lee predicts that Ethereum's bottom may be at $2400 this Friday

Tom Lee shared his market outlook for 2026 during his appearance on the podcast "The Compound" this Friday. Tom Lee remains overall optimistic about cryptocurrencies, believing that despite short-term declines (such as precious metals siphoning off speculative funds), the long-term bull market is still in its early stages (a decade-long bull market that began in 2022).

Tom Lee also acknowledged that the current crypto market is in a bear phase, facing significant short-term pressure. ETH could touch $2,400 as a bottom (today Ethereum briefly hit a low of $2,200, now around $2,400), and then rebound. If the ETH/BTC ratio returns to historical highs, ETH could reach around $12,000. This perspective is consistent with his public views since the beginning of the year, where he has repeatedly predicted that this year's market will see a decline followed by a rise, with Bitcoin still set to reach an all-time high.
