Australia's regulatory agency fines BPS Financial $9.7 million for violations related to the Qoin wallet

The Federal Court of Australia ruled that BPS Financial was fined AUD 14 million (approximately USD 9.7 million) for operating the Qoin wallet project without obtaining the necessary licenses and for making misleading statements to consumers.
