RWA infrastructure project Golden FI completed a $2 million seed round financing, led by Golden Chain Capital

Web3 physical asset (RWA) digital infrastructure platform Golden FI announced the successful completion of a $2 million seed round financing.

This round of financing was led by strategic partner Golden Chain Capital, with four other globally renowned investment institutions deeply engaged in the Web3 and fintech sectors participating. According to the official statement, the information of the other four participating institutions has not been disclosed for strategic layout considerations.

Golden FI is committed to building a secure, transparent, and compliant RWA on-chain protocol, aiming to bridge the gap between traditional financial assets and decentralized finance (DeFi). The funds raised in this round will primarily be used to accelerate the research and development of the underlying technical architecture, strengthen the compliance system across multiple jurisdictions globally, and further expand its partnerships with high-quality physical asset suppliers worldwide.
