U Power, a Nasdaq-listed company, completed the issuance of $UCAR on January 20, 2026, on the BNB chain through the RWA infrastructure platform PicWe.

According to information from U Power's official website, the issuance of RWA is primarily used for the continuous construction of new energy infrastructure, operational expansion, and the upgrade of the global business settlement system, accelerating the integration of the company's real business with the on-chain financial system. U Power stated that the profits from the electric vehicle charging and swapping business in Southern Europe will be shared with $UCAR holders, and aside from the appreciation of the token, the annualized yield from RWA rights can reach 17%.
