The chairman of BitMine and co-founder of Fundstrat, Tom Lee, stated in an interview with CNBC, "From an overall market perspective, I think the rise is good news. This is a very positive sign for the year as a whole and gives us greater upside potential for our target of 7700 points on the S&P 500 index. The fluctuations in the financial sector, the overall market, and the crypto market over the past few days reflect, to some extent, the impact of policy factors. Washington is trying to limit credit card rates, and if this policy is implemented, I believe it will impact the financial industry as it will weaken the ability of financial institutions to provide credit to various consumers. However, at the same time, the advancement of the Clarity Act is very positive news for the crypto industry. The crypto market was severely hit last October, so we believe that as time goes on and we gradually move away from the shock point, the market will experience a significant recovery. Therefore, we are optimistic about Bitcoin. We believe Bitcoin is likely to reach new historical highs this year; at the same time, we may have a more positive attitude towards Ethereum and expect Ethereum's performance to outperform Bitcoin."
