According to CryptoQuant data, from the beginning of 2026 to now, the total amount of Bitcoin transferred to Binance by whales is approximately 15,800 BTC, significantly lower than the 37,133 BTC in December last year, accounting for only 42.5% of the latter.
During this period, the total Bitcoin inflow to Binance was about 75,800 BTC, with whale transfers accounting for approximately 20.85%, which is at a historically moderate level, indicating that most transfers come from smaller investors. Daily whale transfers did not exceed 2,200 BTC, and there was no significant deposit peak.
Analysis suggests that Bitcoin prices have hovered around $90,000 since the beginning of the year, recently rising to about $96,000. The reduction in deposits by whales may reflect their greater confidence in the current price level or an expectation of future price increases, rather than a large-scale sell-off like at the end of last year.
