Crypto journalist Eleanor Terrett posted on X platform that a newly emerged crypto advocacy group "Investors For Transparency" has aired advertisements during Fox News' prime time, calling on the public to oppose the provisions regarding decentralized finance (DeFi) in the upcoming crypto market structure bill, which is set to be voted on next week. The DeFi provisions have been one of the most controversial parts, sparking intense debates among lawmakers, traditional finance (TradFi), and within the cryptocurrency industry. Notably, UniSwap founder Hayden Adams revealed that the funding sources and supporter information of this crypto advocacy group seem to be very "mysterious" and have not been publicly disclosed.
