According to The Oregonian, Nike quietly sold its digital products subsidiary RTFKT last month, with the specific terms of the sale, including the identity of the buyer, not disclosed. RTFKT previously announced that it would end its Web3 service operations in January 2025.
RTFKT is a digital products company that was acquired by Nike in 2021.
