Former CFTC Commissioner Brian Quintenz Joins SUI Board

Former CFTC Commissioner Brian Quintenz has been appointed as an independent director on the company's board and will join the audit committee. Brian Quintenz previously served as the head of policy at a16z crypto, and his nomination as CFTC chairman was withdrawn last year. SUI Group stated that this move aims to leverage his capital markets and regulatory experience to advance the company's SUI treasury strategy. As of now, the SUI Group treasury holds approximately 108 million SUI. Additionally, Michael Selig took over as CFTC chairman last December.
