Genius Group, a Bitcoin treasury company, acquires Lighthouse Studios to expand its content market

According to GlobeNewswire, Bitcoin treasury company Genius Group announced the acquisition of podcast and video production studio Lighthouse Studios, with the specific acquisition amount not disclosed. The company will expand its content market by developing AI courses, recording, and producing podcasts and social media content.

It is reported that Genius Group expects to rename the studio to "Genius Studios" next January, while also launching a co-working space called "Genius Café."
