Report: Cryptocurrency activity in Brazil grows by 43%, with average user investment exceeding $1,000

According to a report by Cointelegraph, the cryptocurrency platform Mercado Bitcoin stated that cryptocurrency activity in Brazil is expected to grow significantly in 2025, with total transaction volume increasing by 43% year-on-year, and the average investment amount per user surpassing $1,000.

The report shows that 18% of investors are allocating funds to multiple crypto assets, indicating that investors are gradually shifting from single-asset investments to diversified investments. Stablecoins have also become an important entry point for both new and old investors, with trading volume approximately three times that of the previous year.
