The blockchain ASIC research and development listed company AGM Group has completed the issuance and delivery of $2 million in convertible notes

AGM Group, a Nasdaq-listed company specializing in the development of blockchain ASIC chips, announced that it has completed the issuance and delivery of a total of $2 million in convertible notes. The fundraising transaction was conducted in two phases, with $1.5 million paid at the first closing and the remaining $500,000 completed in the second closing on December 18.

AGM Group also disclosed that it had previously reached an investment agreement to raise a total of $6 million through the issuance of convertible notes in three phases.
