According to Jinshi reports, the potential inflation rate in the United States rose year-on-year in November, but the growth rate is the lowest since early 2021. Data released by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics on Thursday showed that the core CPI, excluding food and energy prices, increased by 2.6% in November, compared to a year-on-year increase of 3% two months ago. The overall CPI rose by 2.7% year-on-year in November. Due to the government shutdown, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics was unable to collect most of the price data for October, which limited the agency's ability to determine broader inflation indicators for November.
