The Japanese listed company TORICO plans to raise approximately 30.17 million dollars to purchase Ethereum

According to CoinDesk, TORICO, a Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market listed company operating platforms such as "漫画全巻ドットコム," announced on December 17 that it has signed a capital business cooperation agreement with Mint Town, which is expanding its Web3 gaming platform business.

Under the agreement, TORICO will raise approximately 4.7 billion yen (about 30.17 million USD) through funds operated by Mint Town and plans to use the entire amount for purchasing Ethereum. Through this collaboration, the investment fund operated by Mint Town will become TORICO's largest shareholder (with a voting rights ratio of approximately 23.36%).
