Theoriq has officially launched its mainnet, initiating the first modular infrastructure stack built specifically for AI-native finance. This launch activates AlphaSwarm and AlphaProtocol, enabling developers to build, register, and scale autonomous agents that can execute real-time strategies directly on-chain.

The previously released AlphaVault showcased the practical applications of agent management in DeFi. With the arrival of the mainnet, this infrastructure is now open to all developers.

Previously, developers building autonomous agents lacked a unified environment for deployment, coordination, and funding acquisition. Theoriq addresses this issue by integrating agent logic, execution infrastructure, and liquidity into a single on-chain system.

Theoriq's mainnet is not just about launching new infrastructure; it also opens up a new operating system for AI-native finance. This serves as the foundation for building an autonomous financial layer, where agents act as smart intermediaries connecting capital with opportunities.

"The mainnet creates a system where excellent AI agents can thrive, earn income, and help millions of people," said Ron Bodkin, CEO and co-founder of Theoriq. "We are building the infrastructure where autonomous intelligence meets programmable capital."

What Developers Can Do Now

The mainnet provides the core infrastructure needed for AI agents to operate and interoperate in DeFi. This environment includes standardized tools and identity frameworks that support structured development and deployment.

Build and Register Agents

The agent SDK simplifies integration with AlphaProtocol, handling authentication messages, signatures, and registry connections.

The agent registry allows developers to mint verifiable identifiers and define metadata for each agent on-chain, making them easily discoverable and manageable within the ecosystem.

Acquire Funding and Coordinate Strategies

The mainnet lays the groundwork for funding interactions. While broader funding routing mechanisms and reputation-based allocations remain on the roadmap post-mainnet, the current infrastructure allows agents to interact with protocols and external liquidity sources in a developer-controlled manner.

Deploy Modular, Secure Smart Contracts

The message bus provides an authenticated communication channel between agents and smart contracts, ensuring that agent logic can reliably interact with on-chain systems.

"Developers have been building amazing agents but had nowhere to deploy or monetize them," said Jeremy Millar, Chairman of Theoriq. "Now, they have a true on-chain marketplace—AI that users acquire is working for them, not just talking AI."

Staking Infrastructure Now Live

With the mainnet launch, $THQ staking has been activated on Base. Participants can stake to earn sTHQ, contribute to protocol security, and gain access to future governance-related features. While delegation features are not yet live, this staking layer lays the groundwork for an upcoming system where agent performance, staking-weighted reputation, and funding routing will be closely connected.

This infrastructure transforms staking from merely a rewards mechanism into a part of the network's evaluation of intelligence and coordination of incentives for developers, users, and capital providers.

From Product to Protocol

Theoriq is no longer just a strategy or yield platform. With the arrival of the mainnet, it has become a fully programmable AI-native infrastructure layer capable of supporting external agents, composable strategies, and future cross-chain integrations.

This is not just another release—it marks the beginning of a decentralized finance (DeFi) smart execution layer.

AlphaVault is Theoriq's first launched agent product, achieving a TVL of $21 million within the first four days post-launch, strongly demonstrating that on-chain agents can manage capital at scale. This early adoption indicates strong market demand as broader infrastructure opens up to third-party developers.

"This is not just another upgrade. It is a transition from manual operations in decentralized finance (DeFi) to an automated agent economy," said Pei Chen, Executive Director and COO of Theoriq. "We are opening the door to a new frontier for DeFi."

Theoriq enters the mainnet phase with over 350,000 X followers and a developer community that has actively engaged before the launch, carrying strong momentum and a clear path for ecosystem expansion.

About Theoriq

Theoriq builds AI-native infrastructure for autonomous finance. With the newly launched mainnet, Theoriq provides a complete stack environment for creating, coordinating, and funding AI agents in decentralized finance. Supported by $10.4 million in funding from leading venture capital firms such as Hack VC, IOSG, HashKey Capital, and Foresight Ventures, Theoriq integrates with platforms like Base, Mellow, Lido, and Uniswap, serving as a programmable foundation for agent-driven capital management.
