New York brokerage Clear Street is currently preparing for an IPO, which could take place as early as next month. Goldman Sachs is expected to lead the transaction, but it is unlikely to be completed before January. The estimated valuation is between $10 billion and $12 billion.

Clear Street has become one of the most well-known underwriters in cryptocurrency-related stock offerings, including the stock offering for Strategy. The company also served as the underwriter for Trump Media and Technology Group, which has indicated plans to raise billions of dollars to establish its own Bitcoin vault.
