Cryptocurrency exchange CoinMENA acquired by Paribu at a valuation of $240 million

The cryptocurrency exchange CoinMENA in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region has announced that it has been acquired by the Turkish digital asset platform Paribu for a valuation of $240 million. This transaction reportedly marks the largest fintech acquisition deal in Turkey to date. Paribu will obtain digital asset licenses from the Dubai Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) and the Central Bank of Bahrain through CoinMENA to operate locally.
