Cryptocurrency investors donated £9 million to the Reform Party in the UK, surpassing the total donations to the Conservative Party and the Labour Party combined

Cryptocurrency investor Christopher Harborne donated £9 million (cash donation) to the Reform UK party, marking the largest single donation the party has received and setting a record for the highest personal donation in the UK by a living individual.

Christopher Harborne holds stakes in defense technology company Qinetiq and aviation fuel producer AML Global, and was an early supporter of the cryptocurrency Tether. The donation was completed in the summer, supporting Reform UK's autumn conference. This donation brought the total contributions to the Reform UK party in the third quarter of this year to over £10 million, surpassing the combined total of the Conservative and Labour parties during the same period.
