iShares Bitcoin ETP issues 730,000 new securities on the London Stock Exchange

According to a report by Investing.com, iShares Digital Assets AG has issued 730,000 new securities of the iShares Bitcoin ETP, bringing the total number of securities in the series to 76,595,000. This is the 31st issuance of the series, and the new securities will begin trading on the main board of the London Stock Exchange on December 4, with an issuance price of $9.04 per share. This Bitcoin exchange-traded product tracks the performance of Bitcoin, with an annual fee rate of 0.25%, but enjoys a discounted fee rate of 0.15% until December 31, 2026.
