Jupiter: The first phase of WET token sale time adjustment, quota reduced to 4%

Jupiter announced that, based on feedback from HumidiFi and Weterans, the WET Phase 1 sale time will be postponed from December 3rd at 23:00 to December 4th at 05:00, and the quota will be reduced from 6% to 4%. Other sale times will proceed as originally announced.
