Scilex completed a second investment of approximately $580 million in Datavault AI, acquiring about 263 million common shares from the latter

Nasdaq-listed company Scilex Holding announced that it has completed its second investment in Datavault AI, which will be paid in Bitcoin (based on the spot price of Bitcoin at the time of signing the strategic investment agreement). It is reported that this investment allows it to acquire 263,914,094 shares of Datavault AI common stock, valued at approximately $583.3 million based on a closing price of $2.21.
