The official agenda for the meeting on corporate governance regulatory reform and equity security tokenization issues convened by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has been released. This meeting will focus on how equity token issuance, trading, and settlement will operate under the existing regulatory framework. Participants include Scott Bauguess, Vice President of Global Regulatory Policy at Coinbase; Samara Cohen, Senior Managing Director and Head of Global Market Development at BlackRock; and Coy Garrison, Senior Director of Cryptocurrency and Deputy General Counsel at Robinhood, among others.
