Binance is accused in the U.S. of facilitating the Hamas terrorist organization

According to The Block, Binance is facing a lawsuit that accuses the cryptocurrency exchange platform of knowingly assisting Hamas in transferring funds before the militant group's attacks on Israel.

The lawsuit was filed on Monday in the federal court of North Dakota, with over 300 victims of the attacks and their families as plaintiffs. The defendants include Binance and its co-founder CZ and senior executive Guangying Chen.
