According to Cointelegraph, Strategy founder Michael Saylor shrugged off concerns that Wall Street's entry into the Bitcoin market could affect prices and volatility.

In an interview on Tuesday, Michael Saylor stated, "I think the volatility of Bitcoin has significantly decreased." He noted that when he started buying Bitcoin for Strategy in 2020, its annualized volatility was around 80%. Since then, Bitcoin's volatility has been on a downward trend and is currently about 50%. He mentioned that Bitcoin's volatility could further decrease by about 5 percentage points every few years, and as the asset matures, Bitcoin's volatility will approach 1.5 times that of the S&P 500 index, while "its performance will also be 1.5 times better than the S&P 500."
