According to PRNewswire, BitMine, an Ethereum treasury company, announced the appointment of Chi Tsang as CEO and a member of the company's board of directors, while also appointing three independent directors: Robert Sechan, Olivia Howe, and Jason Edgeworth, with Tom Lee remaining as the chairman of the board.
