a16z Crypto co-founder Chris Dixon announced that Guy Wuollet has been promoted to the fourth general partner of a16z Crypto.

Guy joined a16z Crypto as an intern in 2018 while studying computer science at Stanford University. After joining full-time in 2020, he focused on investments in infrastructure, DeFi, and DePIN, playing a key role in investments in over 20 well-known projects such as Solana, LayerZero, Gensyn, EigenLayer, Daylight, and Morpho.
