The Tariff Commission of the State Council: Stop implementing the tariff increase measures on certain imported goods originating from the United States

State Council Tariff Commission: In order to implement the consensus reached in the China-U.S. economic and trade consultations, and in accordance with the "Customs Law of the People's Republic of China," "Customs Law of the People's Republic of China," "Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China," and other laws and regulations as well as basic principles of international law, and with the approval of the State Council, starting from November 10, 2025, at 13:01, the additional tariff measures stipulated in the "Announcement of the State Council Tariff Commission on the Imposition of Additional Tariffs on Certain Imported Goods Originating from the United States" (Tariff Commission Announcement No. 2 of 2025) will be suspended.
