Zhou Chengjun, the president of the Jiangsu Branch of the People's Bank of China, introduced the recently launched "Trusted Data Space" innovative model at the 2025 Financial Street Forum Annual Conference. This platform is a new type of data collaboration infrastructure, based on institutional design, integrating cutting-edge technologies such as blockchain, privacy computing, and federated learning to build a clear and responsible, secure and reliable ecological system for the circulation of data elements.

By converting the cash flow, utility data, and other information from the daily operations of small and micro enterprises and individual businesses into credit proofs, it effectively addresses their financing difficulties.
