According to official news, Deloitte China has officially launched the "Hong Kong LEAP" strategy and simultaneously released the "2025 Hong Kong Economic Outlook White Paper," announcing an investment of HKD 500 million over the next four years to fully support the diversified development of Hong Kong's economy, with a focus on cutting-edge fields such as fintech, capital markets, and artificial intelligence.

Deloitte China pointed out in the white paper that Hong Kong's digital finance development is gaining momentum, with the total value of digital asset and tokenized asset transactions processed by Hong Kong banks reaching HKD 26.1 billion in the first half of 2025. Policies such as the Ensemble project, the "Hong Kong Digital Asset Development Policy Declaration 2," and the "Stablecoin Regulation" have been successively implemented, promoting the establishment of a complete ecosystem for digital financial innovation.
