According to Bitcoin News, Bitcoin mining company Mara Holdings has sued Hood County officials in an attempt to block a proposed "incorporation vote"—if passed, this vote would allow local authorities to implement noise regulations on its mining facility. The facility currently operates over 60,000 ASIC machines 24/7.
