The DEX project Bunni based on Uniswap V4 announced its shutdown

ChainCatcher news, the DEX project Bunni based on Uniswap V4 has recently announced its shutdown. Bunni stated: "The recent exploit incident has forced the development of Bunni to come to a standstill. To safely restart, just the costs for auditing and monitoring would require six to seven figures------a sum we currently cannot afford. Additionally, restoring Bunni to its pre-exploit state will require months of development and business expansion efforts, which is also something we cannot bear. Therefore, we have decided to shut down Bunni."

Furthermore, Bunni also stated that the remaining treasury assets will be distributed to holders of BUNNI, LIT, and veBUNNI. The confirmation of the legal process is still ongoing, and specific distribution details will be announced once the legal process is finalized. Team members will not participate in this snapshot distribution. Previously, it was reported that Bunni lost approximately $2.3 million after being hacked.
