PC GOLD is one of the first real-world asset (RWA) projects incubated by the Web3 mining finance platform Asteroid X. The project previously launched the PC GOLD NFT series, which tokenizes equity in the listed company to achieve a digital representation of physical mining assets. Asteroid X co-founder Ben stated that this listing marks a deep integration of traditional mining and Web3 finance, representing an important milestone for the RWA tokenization model. "From Asteroid X to ASX, this step is not only a leap for traditional industries but also a validation of the integration of blockchain and real assets." It is reported that Asteroid X's physical company Web3in Tech-Lab has obtained the Australian IRD (Independent Remittance Dealer) and Digital Currency Exchange (DCE) licenses, allowing it to provide a complete service for RWA projects, including asset tokenization, compliant issuance, trading matching, and settlement circulation within a compliant framework.
