ChainCatcher news, according to Yu Jin, the address "0x65b4" purchased 3,397.7 ETH for 12.635 million USDC on the day of the decline, at a transaction price of 3,719 USD; today it purchased 91.5 cbBTC for 10 million USDC, at a transaction price of 109,207 USD. The two transactions total approximately 22.63 million USD.
