AMD (AMD.O) rose 9.4%, Nuvoton Technology (NVTS.O) rose 20%, and Western Digital (WDC.O) rose over 6%. The Nasdaq Golden Dragon China Index closed up 1.7%, with New Oriental (EDU.N) up 10% and Manbang (YMM.N) up 3.5%.
