ChainCatcher message, according to Onchain Lens monitoring, a newly created wallet withdrew 10,000,000 USDC from Coinbase, deposited 9,000,000 into HyperLiquid, opened a 3x leveraged long position in ETH, and placed a TWAP order to buy XPL in the spot market with 3,000,000 USD.
