ChainCatcher news, the summary of the 222nd Ethereum Execution Layer Core Developer Meeting (ACDE) by Christine Kim shows that regarding the Fusaka upgrade, developers have initiated a shadow fork of the Sepolia testnet in preparation for the Sepolia upgrade, which is still scheduled for October 14.

The meeting focused on the follow-up upgrade proposal codenamed Glamsterdam, which is the next major network upgrade following Fusaka. For Glamsterdam, developers have outlined three key changes: 1. Block-level access lists (EIP 7928), with a multi-client testnet expected to launch next week; 2. Gas pricing reform, including a storage tax mechanism (EIP 8032) aimed at curbing state growth through dynamic pricing; 3. New opcodes (EIP 7791) that support converting Gas directly to ETH. Additionally, the meeting clarified the proposal deadline for Glamsterdam, which will be one week after the Fusaka mainnet date is determined. The Holesky testnet is confirmed to be deprecated by the end of this month.
