Data: A certain whale shorted BTC and XRP, resulting in a loss of over 1.2 million dollars

ChainCatcher news, according to Lookonchain monitoring, the whale @qwatio created a new wallet (0x9018) and deposited 4.22 million USDC into Hyperliquid.

The gambler shorted 1,366.67 BTC (worth 150 million USD) with 40x leverage and shorted 2.78 million XRP (worth 7.7 million USD) with 20x leverage, resulting in over 1.2 million USD in losses. BTC liquidation price: 110,280 USD; XRP liquidation price: 3.0665 USD.
